Add support for postgres, mariadb/mysql databases () 
* Add environment variables for Database configuration.
* Install postgres and mysql dependencies.
* Test refactoring
* Run tests for prosody with postgres and also for prosody with sqlite.
* Add tests that check if postgres or sqlite is used.
